Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Raj Singh, Founder of Shivora Technologies, collects and uses your information on PIBM Sem-1 Notes (pibmsem1notes.shivoratechnologies.com).

Information we collect

• When you buy: your name, email address and mobile number, and the payment ID or UPI reference number and amount. If you pay by UPI and upload a payment screenshot, we keep it only to confirm your payment.
• When you sign in: a session record with your device’s browser type and IP address, and sign-in attempts (used to stop password guessing and account sharing).
• In your browser only: your own notes, revision ticks, quiz scores and theme choice are saved in your browser’s local storage and are not sent to us.

Card, UPI and bank details are entered in your own UPI app or on our payment provider’s secure checkout (Razorpay) and are handled by them under their own privacy policies. We never receive or store them.

How we use it

• To create your account and email your login details.
• To confirm payments, handle refunds and answer your questions.
• To keep the Website secure: one device per account, blocking repeated wrong passwords, and watermarking slides with your email to discourage sharing.

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers needed to run the Website: our payment provider (Razorpay) and your UPI app, our email provider (sending your login), and our hosting provider. We may disclose information if required by law.

Cookies

We use one essential cookie to keep you signed in. It is secure, cannot be read by scripts, and is deleted when you sign out. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Retention and security

Passwords are stored only as strong one-way hashes. Account and payment records are kept while your account exists and as long as required for tax and accounting. Old sign-in attempt records are deleted after two days.

You can ask us to see, correct or delete your personal information, subject to records we must keep by law. Write to us at the email below.

Under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, our grievance officer is Raj Singh. We respond within 30 days.
