These terms govern your use of PIBM Sem-1 Notes at pibmsem1notes.shivoratechnologies.com (the “Website”), owned and operated by Raj Singh, Founder of Shivora Technologies (“we”, “us”). By buying access or using the Website you agree to these terms.

1. What you buy

A one-time payment gives you personal, online access to the study material on the Website: class notes, slides, past papers with model answers, mocks, quizzes, case bank and cheat sheets for PGDM Semester I. Access is provided as a login ID (your email) and a password, created automatically after a successful payment.

2. Your account

• The account is for one person only. Do not share your login ID or password.
• The account can be signed in on one device at a time. Signing in on another device signs out the previous one.
• You are responsible for keeping your password safe. Use “Forgot password” on the sign-in page if you lose it.

3. Licence and permitted use

All material on the Website is protected by copyright and belongs to us or its respective owners. You get a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to view it for your own study. You must not copy, download, record, screenshot for distribution, print, resell, share, upload or publish any part of it, or help anyone else do so. Every slide carries a watermark with the buyer’s email so that leaked copies can be traced.

4. Suspension

We may suspend or close an account without refund if we find sharing of login details, automated downloading, distribution of the material, or any other misuse. We may also take legal action under the Copyright Act, 1957 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.

5. Price and payment

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees on the Website and may change for future purchases. Payments are made by UPI or through our payment provider (Razorpay); we do not see or store your card, UPI PIN or bank details. UPI payments are confirmed by us by hand, and access starts once the payment is confirmed. Refunds are handled under our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

6. Accuracy

The material is prepared for revision and practice. Model answers and notes are a study aid and may contain errors. Always check against your official syllabus, textbooks and faculty guidance. The Website is not an official publication of PIBM or any university.

7. Availability

We try to keep the Website available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Access is provided for the current academic use of the material and may be updated, reorganised or retired over time.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Website is limited to the amount you paid for access.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India have exclusive jurisdiction.
