Refund and Cancellation Policy

PIBM Sem-1 Notes sells instant online access to digital study material. Because access is delivered immediately and the content can be viewed as soon as the login is issued, purchases are generally non-refundable.

When you get a refund

• Duplicate payment: you were charged more than once for the same account. The extra payment is refunded in full.
• Payment taken but no access: money was deducted but no login was created. We either create your access or refund the payment in full, as you prefer.
• Failed payment: if a payment fails but money is deducted, it is normally reversed automatically by your bank or payment provider within 5–7 working days.

When there is no refund

• After your login has been issued, including if you change your mind or do not use the material.
• If the account is suspended for sharing login details or distributing the material (see the Terms and Conditions).

Cancellation

This is a one-time purchase, not a subscription, so there is nothing to cancel and you will not be charged again.

How to ask

Email us within 7 days of payment with your registered email and the payment ID or UPI reference number. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.
